HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Arcade, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, expertise in full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. u2022 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. u2022 Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. u2022 Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring workflows. u2022 Collaborate closely with the onsite HR team to meet hiring goals and address workforce needs. u2022 Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning job requirements and company-specific procedures. u2022 Maintain an attentive and approachable demeanor when interacting with candidates and colleagues. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process. u2022 Assist in creating a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry. u2022 Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies. u2022 Proficiency in sourcing methods, including online job boards and social media platforms. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct effective interviews. u2022 Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies. u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. u2022 High level of cognitive ability to grasp new concepts and adapt quickly. u2022 Consistency and accuracy in performing recruitment-related tasks.
