We seek an optical engineer with a strong working understanding of optical analysis, alignment, and testing to contribute to the development and integration of complex optical systems. , The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can interpret high level direction to practical requirement and deliverables., DUTIES ,RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to design, modeling, integration, and testing of advanced electro-optical systems. Perform parametric studies and analyses to support design decisions. Develop alignment and test procedures. Independently perform hands-on optical alignment, assembly, and precision testing. Develop scripts and algorithms to capture and process test data (MATLAB, Python). Utilize optical design software (Zemax, Code V, or equivalent) for conceptual and detailed optical system design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (opto-mechanics, scientists, mechanisms, algorithms) to develop optical solutions. Contribute to technical reports and briefings.
