Assembler - 2nd/3rd Shift

If you are a skilled and motivated individual looking to contribute to this growing team, APPLY today Shift Times: 2nd u2013 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm 3rd - 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Responsibilities: + Access and interpret prints and online work instructions to build components to required specifications. + Interpret and follow engineering drawings, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. + Report any issues related to quality, process, equipment, or materials to appropriate personnel or departments. + Participate actively in lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and attending required training. + Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators). + Utilize various magnification tools to identify potential surface damage or defects. + Visually inspect parts for burrs, scratches, or other machining imperfections. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
