As a Staff Accountant within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL. Job responsibilities: - Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. - Maintains financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards. - Creates reports on financial performance for internal and external use. - Performs balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. - Assists with month-end and year-end close processes. - Performs bank reconciliations and investigates discrepancies. - Supports accounts payable and receivable functions as needed. - Calculate and track sales incentives based on defined compensation plans. - Addresses billing-related inquiries and supports issue resolution. - Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of financial results. - Identifies and resolves discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. - Performs other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
