You’ll coordinate project activities, drive milestones, and ensure successful outcomes through effective planning, execution, and evaluation. This includes facilitating high-level meetings with international and C-suite participants, managing logistics and travel, preparing agendas, and providing support during key discussions.You will conduct background research on companies, industry trends, and competitors to support mini SWOT analyses, maintain key stakeholder information, and coordinate communication across marketing, senior advisors, and documentation platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software (including Gantt chart development) are required. Experience with compliance monitoring (contracts, NDAs, legal reviews) is beneficial, and a Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of Strategy Advisors.Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Prepare and complete action plans.Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Resolve pletes audits and identify trends.Determine system improvements and implement changes.Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projectsOR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experienceOR Associate’s Degree and five years of experienceOR Master’s Degree and two years of experienceEffective relationship building skillsPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Project Management Certification (PMP)Adept at managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teamsProficient in project management toolsStakeholder management expertiseCompliance monitoring (Legal, NDA, Contracting)A results-driven mindsetOur caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
