summary Location: Bartlesville, OK Pay: $35-$45 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday (5:00am 3:30pm) Direct Hire Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Maintenance Technicianto support electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal production uptime and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery, including CNC machines, conveyors, and automated systems. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical components and systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency and equipment performance. required-skills: Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or industrial technology preferred. Licensed or certified electrician (as required by state/local regulations). 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems. Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation required-experience: 5 years
