DescriptionThis Construction Manager ole is an exciting opportunity that is a fast moving position working from offices in Austin TX , Seattle, WA , and New Jersey NY The role is responsible for managing ongoing requests for replacement equipment or small project support initiated through the PERF intake system or other Store Development platforms and tools. This position reports directly to an Executive Leader and oversees the tactical execution of requests, as well as reporting to key stakeholders. Works closely with peers in Store Development to get projects over the finish line in a timely manner by cultivating a team environment of shared fate, communication, service and accountability. Builds and maintains strong relationships with contractors, service providers, equipment suppliers, as well as stakeholders in store operations and regional leadership. SPMs are data driven and solution-oriented with passion for moving at the speed of retail. Operational knowledge of retail execution, production flow and key equipment are a plus, as well as cross-functional SDT experience. This position will work five days a week in an office located in Austin TX , Seattle WA or Jersey City, New jersey. Professional / Project Management Knowledge: u2022 Experience with retail grocery and/or food service operations, equipment and merchandising- with passion for operational workflow processes and effective store design. u2022 General understanding of facilities infrastructure, as impacted by store level production equipment. u2022 Advanced ability to plan, estimate, organize, and monitor projects. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,800/year in our highest geographic market.
