Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Responsibilities We are currently seeking an organized and customer-focused Parts Delivery Clerk to join our team. The Parts Clerk plays a key role in ensuring a smooth flow of parts and materials, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities + Handle customer phone inquiries regarding parts in a professional, friendly, and businesslike manner. + Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately and on time (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs). + Deliver parts to customer locations and vessels as required. + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to maintain operational readiness. + Support and implement safety programs in compliance with company policies. + Accurately invoice customers and manage purchase order processes. + Maintain order records for timely processing, shipping, and billing. + Monitor and document customer transactions accurately. + Enter and update inventory data into the computer system promptly. + Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Energetic, customer-driven, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. + Minimum of 6 months of prior parts experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Must have a Valid Driveru2019s License + Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening. + Note: candidates for this role must be able to receive a TWIC card which requires clearance from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these requirements. + Prior experience driving a company vehicle or operating a forklift is a plus.
