Also opportunity to convert to an FTEInterview Process:u00a01st round 30 minute Teams video with hiring manager, 2-part panel interview with tech team (all virtual)RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience 5+ years of backend/server-side engineering experience (Java and/or Node.js) 3+ years of experience designing and implementing integration and functional test suites Experience defining and implementing testing best practices, automation strategies, and code coverage standards Strong understanding of test data management, including data creation, mocking strategies, test data pipelines, injection, and validation for QA and integration environments. Ability to work across multiple systems and divisions to align on testing standards and frameworks. Strong understanding of software architecture and infrastructure fundamentals Experience designing or contributing to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills.Plusses: Familiarity with large enterprise environments (e.g., multiple lines of business or data boundaries).
