Your expertise will shape future technology and industry solutions. Advanced Electrical Design Engineer Honeywellu2019s Ground Support Solutions (GSS) is approximately a $20M dollar business. In this role you will work with a cross-functional team of 14 people based in South Bend, Puerto Rico, Deer Valley, and the Czech Republic that applies their knowledge and expertise to provide tooling and test equipment solutions for commercial and military customers worldwide. As an Advanced Electrical Design Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex engineering projects within the Ground Support Solutions group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver high-quality products to our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced electrical engineering solutions. You will report directly to our Director of Ground Support Solutions and you'll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. u2022 Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components u2022 Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams u2022 Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements u2022 Lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept to completion u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions u2022 Conduct technical analysis and provide recommendations for design improvements u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations u2022 Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources u2022 Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE u2022 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering u2022 Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects u2022 Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices u2022 Strong technical knowledge and expertise in aerospace engineering u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills WE VALUE u2022 Master's in Electrical Engineering u2022 Experience with advanced electrical engineering concepts and methodologies Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
