Full-Time Bartender - Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood RanchAbout the RoleEsplanade Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic, service-minded Full-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is based at our Bahama Bar, a vibrant outdoor bar and grill open seven days a week, serving members and guests in a fun, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve beverages consistently according to club standardsDeliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup/breakdownWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periodsAccurately process member charges and maintain compliance with all responsible alcohol service policiesQualificationsMinimum 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality settingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentStrong communication and multitasking skillsOpen availability - weekends, evenings, and holidays are requiredCurrent alcohol service certification preferredWhy Join Our TeamAt Esplanade, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, member-focused culture where teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence come together.
