Prepare annual budgets for all service operations. Recruit, onboard, train and assess staff. Communicate, monitor and enforce policies to ensure a high level of consistency within branch. Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices. Analyze all monthly service financial statements. Develop & maintain customer relations Manage and oversee company and union matters. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS - High school Diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelors degree in business management is preferred. - Minimum 10 years experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. - Communication skills - Microsoft Office
