Across our five communities, you will oversee all aspects of grounds, gardens, and outdoor spaces to ensure a safe, beautiful, and sustainable environment that enhances residents’ quality of life and supports the community’s mission of making a compelling difference in the lives of our employees and residents. Key Responsibilities: + Leads the planning, design, and maintenance of all landscaped areas across our five communities, including lawns, gardens, trees, walkways, seasonal displays, and exterior infrastructure. + Balance strategic vision and hands-on management by supervising in-house teams and outside contractors. + Manage budgets, coordinate with Facilities and Environmental Services, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. + Develop and maintain gardens, walkways, and outdoor living areas that reflect excellence and care. + Build, manage, and mentor, a talented grounds team, fostering growth and craftsmanship What We’re Looking For: + Minimum5 years of experiencein landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture; at least2 years in a supervisory role(preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or campus settings) + Leadership skills with a passion for teamwork and service excellence. + Strong project management and design planning abilities. + A creative eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Education: + Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
