VP/Director of Finance

Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic VP of Finance to lead and enhance our client' financial operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is vital in supporting organizational growth by building robust financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and growth objectives. u2022 Provide actionable financial insights to guide executive decision-making and optimize resource allocation. u2022 Lead the creation of financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives. u2022 Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Prepare and present detailed financial statements to stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. u2022 Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes to support organizational growth. u2022 Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability. u2022 Collaborate with department leaders to translate financial data into operational strategies and improvements. u2022 Drive initiatives focused on profitability analysis, cost management, and margin optimization. u2022 Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
