Virtus helps its clients manage their alternative investment portfolios, including CLO/CDOs, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets.What You Will Be DoingThe Structured CLO/CDO team provides collateral administration services, such as cash & data reconciliations, as well as portfolio testing & payment calculations. As the primary point of contact, the Trust Account Manager works alongside trustees and accountants to administer collateral/syndicated loan portfolios along with reporting on client portfolios.Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationshipsSupport personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processingGuarantee quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities, ensuring timeliness and accuracyAssist in developing procedures that ensure processing functions are completed accurately and timely with minimal risk exposureMay select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operationsMay establish operational objectives, work plans, and assignment delegationWhat You BringBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceTypically, at least 4 years of financial services industry experience in managing institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibilityExperience with structured finance, preferably CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans, or corporate trust securities, as well as trust system experienceWorking knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial transaction processing, trade settlements, data analysis, and reportingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, colleagues, and clients (internal & external)Added Bonus If You HaveDirect work experience with waterfall calculations and compliance testingWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $74,460.00 - $121,370.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
