Supply Chain Planner I at US Tech Solutions in Parma, Idaho, United States Job Description Duration: 12 Months w2 contract Hiring Timeline: Tentative start date - within mid week November but can be sooner Number of openings: 2 Summary: + Seeking a self-motivated professional with strong experience in production planning, import planning, and supply chain operations to support strategic growth initiatives. + This high-visibility role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset to drive process optimization and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: + Lead regional and global supply chain optimization efforts within the Americas region + Support S&OP processes for the Vegetable Seeds portfolio + Develop and execute production and purchase plans aligned with inventory targets and customer service goals + Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to enhance operational efficiency + Monitor sales forecasts, inventory, and performance metrics; identify deviations and implement corrective actions + Recommend disposition of returned or off-spec inventory as needed + Lead and participate in supply chain improvement projects to enhance service reliability and financial performance + Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen customer relationships and optimize fulfilment Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required + Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience: + Hands-on experience in master scheduling, distribution planning, and SAP (required) + Background in seed planning or agricultural supply chains preferred + Strong analytical and Excel skills (queries, pivot tables, data modeling) + Proven ability to work cross-functionally and in a global, matrixed business environment About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
