Working with minimal assistance, heat treat operators perform intermediate heat treat tasks such as pull and verifying DPS/AMS docs, perform equipment set up including furnace burn out, leak test, OPM, loading required recipe, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Which includes inspecting thermocouples, verifying certs, and producing required graphs for quality, demonstrating intermediate knowledge of materials and heat treat processes.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.Adheres to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.Correctly access and interpret documentation (H-Specs, etc.)Lift up to 45lbs (Repetitive)Able to work overtime as neededPerform intermediate racking and loading of product (Furnaces)Meet area/product specific production standardsComplete process and operation documentation (Traceability, etc.)Perform basic PM tasks (Filters, etc.)Review furnace charts (Audit other operator’s charts)Operate hoistAdjust furnace controller patterns (Per H-Spec)Adjust furnace atmosphere controlsWork in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Required Skills:The ability to read and write English.The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimalsThe ability to use basic inspection tools such micrometersIntermediate knowledge of heat treat processThe ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skillsThe ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic prints and dimensions /generated inline style / All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /generated inline style / For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $23.00 to $30.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
