Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure quality of the product is enforced on the shift.Ensure slurry checks are completed on time and correctly.Responsible for any damaged or scrap molds during the shift.Make sure all procedures and S.O.P.’s are adhered to by performing regular audits.Enforce all safety guidelines within the area.Maintain department housekeeping.Train new employees and provide feedback to improve the quality and performance of existing employees.Identify opportunities for methods and documentation improvement and develop solutions.Administrative duties such as downtime and quality documentation, time card review, and writing work orders.Must be able to coordinate with wax and foundry supervision to determine the configuration (mapping) of a dip line based on available product and production needs.QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.Proven track record working in a team environment.Must be a certified Robot Operator and Slurry Tester with >5 years of experience. /generated inline style / All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /generated inline style / Relocation Relocation is authorized for this position. /generated inline style / This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
