From day one, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how our business runs—learning every process, system, and team dynamic that drives operational success. You'll develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Each year rotation follows the same structure—beginning with a deep-dive immersion and transitioning into a supervisory role—but Year Two takes place at a more complex facility, often with broader scope and larger teams to manage, offering an elevated leadership challenge.Months 1-4:Deep-dive immersion—shadow every department, learn the full process, and connect with employees to understand real challenges. Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, productivity and other key metrics through impactful projects.Month 5-12:Step into a fullOperations Supervisorrole with direct responsibility for people, performance, and outcomes.
