From day one, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how our business runs—learning every process, system, and team dynamic that drives operational success. You'll develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Each year rotation follows the same structure—beginning with a deep-dive immersion and transitioning into a supervisory role—but Year Two takes place at a more complex facility, often with broader scope and larger teams to manage, offering an elevated leadership challenge.Months 1-4:Deep-dive immersion—shadow every department, learn the full process, and connect with employees to understand real challenges. Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, productivity and other key metrics through impactful projects.Month 5-12:Step into a fullOperations Supervisorrole with direct responsibility for people, performance, and outcomes. You’ll own key metrics acrosssafety, quality, throughput, cost, productivity, and team development—with real impact from day one.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as: Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree.Prior co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environmentClub, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacityWillingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet business or project demandsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle high stress associated with high activity, tight deadlinesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to exercise time management and prioritization skillsHigh level of interest in management, operations rolesMust be a US PersonsMust be willing to relocate (program roles located in US only) The program allows members to preference region(s).The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred regions.Program PerksRelocation assistanceHousing stipend in select locationsBenefitsWellness programs /generated inline style / Relocation Full Relocation is authorized for this position. /generated inline style / For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $80000 to $80000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.
