We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.Location: 81st & Center Family Medicine ClinicSchedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pThe Clinic RN Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for our family medicine clinic's clinical services, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role requires a visible leader on the clinic floor who can balance management responsibilities with direct patient care needs, serving as a mentor, a resource, and a key link between staff, physicians, and management.What you’ll do: Your day-to-day adventuresLead by example: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and MAs with a focus on high morale, productivity, and top-notch patient care.Mentor and grow:Take an active role in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of the clinical staff. You'll be their mentor, coach, and biggest cheerleader.Collaborate and communicate:Foster strong, professional, and friendly relationships with our providers, administrative staff, and, most importantly, our patients. You'll be the bridge that ensures seamless communication between all parts of the clinic.Set the standard:Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure we are always compliant with healthcare regulations and delivering the highest quality of care.Jump in clinically:Maintain your clinical expertise and provide direct patient care when needed. We can't wait to meet you!What you’ll need: The perfect blend of qualifications:Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.Licensure:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or a compact state license) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire.Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical RN experience required, with at least one year of supervisory or charge experience.
