TS/SCI w/ Poly Ground Systems Engineer 3/4

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Level 3 Ground Systems Engineer to join a large aerospace company in Southern California. The role involves applying modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as codeu2014to streamline integration and testing activities. The engineer will be responsible for standing up, configuring, and maintaining secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources. A key focus will be driving continuous improvement through automation, metrics, and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and reliability. Additional responsibilities include automating, developing, monitoring, improving, and troubleshooting across software engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls.
