Responsibilities u2022 Project Planning & Architecture: Define the technical architecture, stack, and design patterns for scalable applications. u2022 Technology Roadmapping: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption based on business needs. u2022 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals. u2022 End-to-End Development: Lead development across the full stacku2014front-end (ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript frameworks), back-end (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) u2022 End-to-End Development: Lead development across the full stacku2014front-end (ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript frameworks), back-end (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) u2022 Code Quality & Reviews: Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure maintainable, secure, and performant code. u2022 Mentorship & Coaching: Guide junior developers, foster skill development, and promote best practices. u2022 Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities based on team strengths and project priorities. u2022 Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery. u2022 Progress Updates: Regularly report project status to stakeholders and leadership. u2022 Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architecture. u2022 Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and adjust development priorities. Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. u2022 Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. u2022 8+ years of hands-on development experience in full stack roles. u2022 5+ years in a leadership or senior developer role, guiding teams and projects. u2022 Proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade applications. u2022 Proficiency in Java 8+, with deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. u2022 Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. u2022 Strong skills in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. u2022 Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities. u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. u2022 Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. u2022 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. u2022 Experience with performance tuning and security best practices. The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
