If youu2019re excited by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves on being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job Description We are seeking an expert Business Development leader to join the Wallet, Payments & Commerce (WPC) Issuer Business Development and Partnerships team to structure partnerships and strategic alliances with issuers, payment processors and FinTech partners across the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including partner identification, business case development, partnership negotiation, signing and execution, go-to-market launch and continued partnership growth. You will guide complex, cross-functional projects and drive progress by diving into product details when needed.A successful candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys thinking about edge cases asks u201cwhat is another way of doing this?u201d and is a strong verbal and written communicator. Minimum Qualifications + 5 years of professional experience working in business development at multiple companies in financial services segments + Direct experience structuring partnership deals and negotiating technical terms across multiple partner types in the payment industry + Self-starter who works optimally in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion + Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally to evaluate and drive resolution on complex problems Preferred Qualifications + Demonstrated ability working in or with traditional issuers and across markets + Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, funds flow, roles/responsibilities for settlement, relevant regulations and industry standards and the wide spectrum of payment issuing products + Talented communicator with an understanding of how and when to communicate in order to move initiatives forward + Skilled in partner behaviors and experience creating clarity through evolving partner circumstances and needs + Ability to implement strategic and tactical plans across many organizational partners and markets Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Appleu2019s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Appleu2019s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
