Project Architect (Multifamily Projects NYC) Join a collaborative architecture firm shaping the future of multifamily living in New York City. Weu2019re hiring a Project Architect to lead design development, documentation, and coordination for multifamily residential projects across the five boroughs. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for architects with strong technical skills, NYC code knowledge, and a passion for urban housing design. About the Role Youu2019ll oversee all phases of design and construction documentation, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with consultants across disciplines. Youu2019ll contribute to concept development, zoning/code research, and client presentations while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.07/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
