Duty Manager

Direct oversight of Supervisors and Front-Line Janitorial Staff. TheDuty Manager is responsible for leading janitorial services within ahigh-volume transportation hub, ensuring consistent service delivery,team performance, and client satisfaction. This role overseessupervisors and front-line employees during the designated overnightshift and plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, andoperational standards across the facility. Located at a major airport,this position supports a 24/7 operation, requiring flexibility,proactive leadership, and strong communication with internal teams andclient stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate. Stronglistening skills to support team engagement and client satisfaction.Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with scheduling platforms,timekeeping systems, and digital reporting tools preferred. Employeemust comply with the Company?s management grooming standards and mustwear the SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times. Employee must comply withand enforce all guidelines and policies set forth in the ABM EmployeeHandbook. Highschool diploma or GED required. College degree or equivalent workexperience preferred.
