Cognigy Bot Developer As a Bot Developer in the CAI Development Squad, your role is crucial in developing and optimizing chat and voice bots to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities cover technical project development, innovation, feature integration, business contribution, customer satisfaction, team development, and supporting implementation projects. You will collaborate with an international team to drive the success and scalability of our Conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy. knowledge of integrating with third-party systems, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with an agile mindset to adapt to changing requirements. Responsibilities: u00b7 Technical project development for Conversational AI (CAI) solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability. u00b7 Collaborate with the Implementation Squad to ensure smooth project deliveries and reduce risks. u00b7 Drive the integration of new features and third-party system integrations to improve profitability. u00b7 Ensure the delivery of customer-valued, easy-to-consume services. u00b7 Provide project estimations and solution ideas to reduce risks and achieve revenue targets. u00b7 Design, develop, train, and optimize chat and voice bots to meet customer needs. u00b7 Implement new features, including external application integrations. u00b7 Enhance Generative AI applications, such as FAQ and Knowledge Base Systems, Copilot system, text summarization, language translation, user profiling, and personalization. u00b7 Drive innovation within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence. u00b7 Train bot Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and analyze bot performance. u00b7 Assess project issues and provide use case counseling. u00b7 Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines. u00b7 Design and deliver training programs for team members and customers. Qualifications: Salary and Other Compensation: u00b7 University degree. E.g.: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, AI, Data Science or related field u00b7 Programming proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS and JavaScript. u00b7 Experience in designing and developing chat and voice bots. u00b7 Strong understanding of Generative AI applications. u00b7 Excellent command of verbal and written English. The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000u2013 $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
