*Job Description** Oracle Health is expanding its EHR portfolio to improve its offering of products into an integrated Health Suite focusing on providers. This role is for a team that's chartered to build a new reimbursement solution, featuring a modernized claims engine and unified Rules Studio platform with a consolidated AI-powered approach .As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance systems for both new and existing products. You will architect complex systems, ensure smooth integration across technologies, and provide technical leadership to both junior engineers. Responsibilities As an engineer in our team, you’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users. You will be responsible for the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Minimum Qualification and Experience: + BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience + 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, fixing, testing, and implementing software solution in accordance with established standards. + Design and implement user interfaces using modern front-end technologies to present actionable insights to healthcare providers. + Collaborate with the backend development team to establish efficient data pipelines for processing and analyzing healthcare data. + Optimize the system's performance and scalability to handle large volumes of patient records and real-time data. + 3+ years of experience building microservices using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, Micronaut, Halidon, etc. + Comprehensive knowledge of databases, SQL, data structures, algorithm, & distributed system. + Experience with Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology experience. + Collaborate with other specialists, testers, and other team members to write high-quality code and deliver it to clients in a timely manner. + Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects. + Chip in to scoping and improvement of solution designs, peer review code and design. + Propose performance optimization and devise ideas for overall code refinement. + Propose and lead improvement projects for development, deployment, or application monitoring processes. + Share knowledge within the team through mentoring, coaching and technical talks Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with healthcare + Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and EHR systems is advantageous **Responsibilities** As an engineer in our team, you’ll be responsible for designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services to support health care platform, applications, and our end users. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
