Subcontract Manager I

Interfacing with company executives, program managers, engineers, and infrastructure managers in accounting, property, security, shipping/receiving, information technology, facilities, and contractingPrepares, negotiates, manages, and closes out subcontracts and consulting agreements, as assignedAssisting in developing and reporting metrics for subcontract actions and customer serviceParticipating in continuous improvement program, recommending process changes and techniques and assisting in implementationSupporting teamwork, customer service, positive interpersonal relationship techniques, and alignment with company mission, values, and goalsConducting subcontract negotiation and administration of routine subcontractsAnalyzing estimates of service, material, equipment and production costsReviewing performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulationsIssuing contract and financial program documentsStructuring contractual terms to company business strategyInitiating internal documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specificationsMonitoring company performance on contractual obligationsOriginating all company correspondence of contractual significance#LI-DH1 Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of Subcontract Management experience.
