Up North Plastics is currently seeking an HR Assistant - Bilingual (English and Spanish) to join our team at Up North Plastics.Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.***Starting Pay: $19-$21 per hour***Bilingual with above average communication skills in both English and Spanish.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties.Some experience in HR is preferred.HR Assistants at Up North Plastics are responsible for professionally greeting visitors upon arrival and answering phone calls. They are also responsible for the day-to-day handling of confidential files, heavy data entry, and filing. An HR Assistant at Up North Plastics also assists in New Hire Onboarding, tanslating for the HR department, assisting with recruitment, as well as a wide variety of other HR Tasks.
