This includes preparing analysis and managing the market appointments as well as monitoring shipping and selling of the product.Reporting & AnalyticsPresent in Weekly Selling Meeting for accounts managedMarketPull & compile hindsight data on requestAttend Line Presentation & Break-out session with teamPresent collection to accounts managed, building assortments that support strategies and elevate the brandAssist the team with all market appointments as needed (e.g., management walk-throughs), providing support and coordination alongside the Senior Sales Executive.Order ManagementServe as the point person for order entry, entering orders for all accounts during market and coordinating with production and operations teams.Communicate discrepancies / rectifications directly with accountsWork closely with Production and Operations team to update PO's as needed, communicating revised delivery dates, costing, or quantities Update open order report daily; escalate issues around late deliveries and secure extensions as appropriateMonitor selling for re-order and chase opportunities, maximize replenishment of core programs by accountWorking with VP to sell off aged inventory in a timely manner 1x a monthFinancial Planning - MonthlyResponsible for monthly LE review for accounts managedSecure OTB from accounts monthly (as available) and review with Planning ManagerTrack sales orders to accurately forecast monthly salesCross-Functional PartnershipBuild strong working relationship with immediate team, start developing internal cross-functional relationships with production, allocation, and merch teamsExternally communicate with merchants, planners, and compliance teams 2-4 years of wholesale experience in the fashion or beauty industry Strong command of Excel functions, formulas, v-look up/pivot tables, Retail MathExperience with SAP, AirTable, or PLM a plusDetailed oriented and excellent organization and time-management skillsAbility to establish strong working relationships with wholesale partners as well as internal partnersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksIn return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.Our social impact program, Centric Cares, focuses on volunteerism to make a difference in communities we live and work in and our D&I committee is shaping the future of diversity, equity and inclusion at Centric Brands though workshops, resources and inspiring conversation.Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.
