Description: You will be the Price Cost Analyst for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team drives the development and fielding of advanced missile and fire control systems, partnering with a global supplier base to deliver innovative, cost effective solutions for our customers. What You Will Be Doing As a Price Cost Analyst with our supply team, you will be responsible for complex supplier proposals. Responsibilities include: u2022 Review supplier proposals, cost and pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by supplier in support of their proposal. u2022 Confer with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to determine factors that affect price. u2022 Prepare reports and charts that present findings. u2022 Negotiate standard and non-standard contracts with suppliers. u2022 Maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by parties. u2022 Provide final contract negotiation documents that are consistent with agreements reached in negotiations. u2022 Plan and participate in training of Price/Cost Analysis practices and negotiation techniques to company personnel. u2022 This position requires the ability to travel both domestic and international up to 25% of the time. u2022 Must be a US Citizen. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college or university u2022 Experience in 2 or more of the following fields: Negotiations / Supply Chain / Procurement Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Accounting / Financial Analysis / Price Analysis / Cost Analysis u2022 This position requires travel, on average 20-25% domestically and internationally u2022 Must be a US Citizen, and have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Experience in auditing supplier financial documents and records including trial balances and general ledger. u2022 Experience with government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) u2022 Experience in negotiating FAR 15 TINA proposals u2022 Experience in Cost Analysis and evaluation techniques used in assessing supplier proposals u2022 Experience communicating departmental and program messages to both Lockheed Martin personnel, as well as the customer u2022 Experience operating in a fast paced environment u2022 Advanced in Microsoft Excel Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
