Description We are looking for a skilled Qualtrics Developer to join our team in Southern California, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves creating and maintaining dashboards, integrating Qualtrics with external systems, and automating data workflows to enhance business insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights that align with organizational goals. Role will be working onsite with a dynamic team. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and configure Qualtrics dashboards to provide real-time visualization of key performance indicators. u2022 Automate report delivery schedules and ensure seamless data export to tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for extended analysis. u2022 Integrate Qualtrics with external systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, or Adobe, ensuring secure and efficient data connectivity. u2022 Utilize APIs and data connectors to automate data ingestion and synchronization across platforms. u2022 Write Python scripts or use Qualtrics workflows to automate data extraction and transformation processes. u2022 Conduct quality assurance testing to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot integration issues. u2022 Analyze survey data and perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights. u2022 Collaborate with business intelligence teams to merge survey data with product or behavioral datasets. u2022 Manage and prioritize analytics and integration backlogs in alignment with business objectives. u2022 Resolve production issues related to data dashboards, integrations, and survey results. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Qualtrics dashboard configuration and API integrations. u2022 Strong programming skills, including experience with Python and SQL. u2022 Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. u2022 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. u2022 Experience with integrating systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, or Adobe. u2022 Knowledge of automation scripting and workflow management. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve technical issues efficiently.
