Lead HVAC Installer

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential HVAC system installation and will communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Responsibilities + Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop package units, and ductless split systems. + Perform basic thermostat wiring, programming, and startup. + Conduct copper welding and flare nut tasks. + Flush copper lines, vacuum, and add refrigerant. + Install and maintain ductwork, including flexible, sheet metal, and spiral types. + Handle drain piping, gas piping, and flue vents, including sheet metal double wall and PVC. + Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Van Nuys, CA 91406. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
