Job Description We are seeking an IT Technician to provide internal network support and general IT assistance within a dynamic, Museum setting with diverse technology needs. This role will support a staff of approximately 50u201375 employees and work closely with a small IT team (3u20135 members). Key Responsibilities: Network & Connectivity Support u2022u2003Maintain internal network connectivity u2022u2003Troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues u2022u2003Provide printer and internet support Helpdesk & Customer Service u2022u2003Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues u2022u2003Deliver excellent customer service through direct interaction with staff u2022u2003Provide onsite support three days per week (Tuesdayu2013Thursday) Password & Account Management u2022u2003Reset passwords and troubleshoot login issues u2022u2003Assist with account access problems Inventory & Hardware Management u2022u2003Track and manage hardware inventory u2022u2003Perform light helpdesk tasks, including basic troubleshooting for: ou2003Windows systems ou2003Mobile devices We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
