Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in New Rochelle, New York. This role is critical to maintaining the organization's financial stability by managing customer billing, processing payments, and performing precise account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable processes to support efficient cash flow and financial operations. Requirements + Associateu2019s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). + Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. + Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. + Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of accounts receivable principles, including billing and collections.
