Maintenance Mechanic

Our client is the leading manufacturer of thin-wall HFW aluminum and brass tubes used in high-performance heat exchangers. Their products support critical applications across automotive, power generation, off-highway, rail, military, and more. The Burlington facility is growing, and are investing in talent to support this exciting expansion. Maintenance Mechanic : $36.00-$40.00 an hour Schedule Options: Night Shift: Fixed schedule, no rotating! Night premium offered. What You’ll Do: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues Support continuous improvement initiatives and production uptime Collaborate with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations What We’re Looking For: Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred) Solid understanding of mechanical systems; welding or electrical experience a plus Strong troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
