Adecco is partnering with a client in Saugerties, NY and currently seeking an office assistant. Job Title: Temporary Office Assistant, could go perm for qualified candidate Location: Saugerties, NY Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 9:00 AM u2013 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $20u2013$22/hr DOE Employment Type: Temporary (Immediate Start) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: + Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally + Respond to emails and take messages as needed + Perform general clerical duties including copying, filing, and data entry + Maintain organized records and office files + Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations + Support other staff with special projects as assigned Qualifications: + Previous office or administrative experience preferred + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
