Proposal and Affordability Subcontract Manager

Description: You will be the Proposal and Affordability Lead for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. You will be responsible for driving proposal efforts and affordability initiatives for the Advanced Threat Warning Sensors (ATWS) program, ensuring timely and compliant proposal submissions that meet government regulations and program commitments. What You Will Be Doing As the GSC Proposal and Affordability Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for leading GSC proposal efforts, developing supplier RFP templates, and coordinating cost analysis and negotiation strategies. You will also drive affordability initiatives, managing the affordability pipeline, and creating step-down plans to meet program targets. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
