Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering highu2011mix, highu2011volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electrou2011assembly production across multiu2011shift facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving process stability, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for circuit card and wiring harness production. + Lead rootu2011cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. + Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve onu2011time delivery and compliance with specifications. + Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or automation enhancements where appropriate. + Document and standardize work instructions, process parameters, and bestu2011practice guidelines. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college - Or, no experience required with a Masteru2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college. Desired Skills: - CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with specification IPC-A-610 - Cable and Harness manufacturing experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 - Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings. - Ability to work with supply base. - Detail oriented personality - Excellent process development and documentation skills.
