Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ Responsibilities Lead daily operations of surgical suites in support of surgical procedures. + Lead and coordinate shift operations including schedules and resources. + Prepare surgical operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies. + Assist surgeons during surgery, providing required and requested instruments and supplies to surgeon and assisting with hemostasis. + Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients. + Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor and track instruments counts throughout procedures. + Perform staff orientation, training, and coaching. Provide input to staff performance evaluations. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + One or more of the following required: + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition
