Job#: 3010990 Job Description: Role SummaryThe Billing Coordinator II combines logistics and accounting expertise to support the shipping department in billing customer loads. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and exporters to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling OperationsCollect shipment information and weights to ensure accurate billing.Execute proper billing procedures and follow up on errors or discrepancies.Team CollaborationPartner with team members and provide backup support for other positions as needed.Issue ResolutionHandle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.Escalate more complex issues to appropriate staff when necessary.General SupportPerform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.Proficiency with ten-key and keyboarding.Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a controlled environment.Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers.Minimum of two years of related work experience.Other minimum qualifications may apply.Preferred ExperienceDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Key BehaviorsAnticipates and adopts innovations in digital and technology applications.Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Holds self and others accountable for delivering on commitments.Skills and Experiences to Be GainedEnhanced knowledge of logistics operations.Foundational accounting knowledge.
