Deburrer Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: Agawam Manufacturing company currently seeking a Deburr Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from machined parts, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Remove burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from machined parts using hand tools and power tools. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow and meet deadlines. Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other manufacturing equipment as a plus! Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
