The Role: We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will collaborate with families, oversee behavior technician teams, and create tailored behavior plans. Key Responsibilities: • Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs). • Design and implement individualized treatment plans. • Supervise and support behavior technicians. • Partner with families to align goals and progress. • Ensure detailed records of client progress. Qualifications: • Active BCBA certification. • Master’s in ABA or similar discipline. • Strong collaboration skills. Compensation: $100/hr. Diversity is at the core of our values.
