Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.About the Role:The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community, Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends free. The program takes a whole-person approach, incorporating wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.Qualifications:Active BCBA certificationMeets BACB supervision standardsMust be at least 21 years of ageCompassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challengesExperience with children/young adults (ages 2-20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disordersSkilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality careDemonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practicesResponsibilities:Work closely with the clinical team and clients to develop and implement individualized skillsEngage families with compassion, build rapport, and provide parent training for use in daily routinesPromote autonomy, safety, and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environmentImplement all Safety-Care physical management procedures safely when neededPhysical Requirements:Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and actively engage with students for extended periodsAble to lift/support up to 75 lbsOther Requirements:Must pass national and local background checksValid driver’s licenseBasic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance401k with company match120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidaysPaid day off as frequently as weeklyMonthly bonus opportunitiesProfessional growth and advancement potentialJob Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
