Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service and a welcoming experience for members and patientsGreet and check in patients, ensuring an efficient and friendly flow through the clinicPresent and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately Support clinic sales goals by converting new and returning patients into membersHandle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiriesRe-engage inactive members and maintain accurate patient records using our POS systemAssist with local marketing efforts and community outreach eventsMaintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a exceptional patient experienceQualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferredStrong phone, computer, and multitasking skillsEnergetic, reliable, and confident in a goal-driven environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAble to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsOffice management, marketing, or membership sales experience is a plusSpanish speaking a plus Position SummaryWere seeking a proactive, service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team.
