Product Engineer

Position works under the Product Engineering Manager. Performs development of new jobs; executes cost reduction projects on existing jobs; monitors production jobs for assigned customer. Product Engineer has critical responsibility in preparing jobs for manufacture including design specs, layout review, requirements compliance, and customer interface on product information. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
