Robotic Weld Operator

Robotic Weld Operator Dayshift 6am - 2:30pm $22-23/hr DOE Are you experienced with robotic welding systems and ready to join a growing manufacturing team? A local facility is looking for a Robotic Weld Operator to operate, program, and maintain robotic welding equipment for high-quality production. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who enjoys automation, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate robotic welding machines for production runs Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling into robotic systems Monitor weld quality and make adjustments as needed to meet specifications Inspect finished components using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and coordinate with maintenance or engineering Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic welding systems Maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality procedures Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to improve efficiency and reduce defects Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred) 2+ years of experience in robotic welding or CNC/automation operation Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, or other welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Dependable with reliable attendance and good communication skills Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Experience with robotic welding systems such as Fanuc, ABB, or Lincoln (preferred) Manual welding experience for backup tasks (preferred) Understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles (preferred) What you’ll get: Starting Pay: $22-23/hr DOE Paid Every Friday!
