Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule all phases of residential construction with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersMaintain daily job site operations, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, safety protocols, and timelinesOversee and inspect work quality; manage corrections and punch lists promptlyCommunicate daily progress, concerns, and updates with Project ManagerAdminister, update, and maintain construction schedules using project management toolsConduct and manage inspections from governing agencies and ensure code complianceEnsure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at all timesManage jobsite documentation, including scheduling, field reports, and photo recordsBuild positive, professional relationships with homeowners, trades, vendors, and engineersTrack material usage and manage orders, deliveries, and returns efficientlyParticipate in buyer/customer meetings, orientation walkthroughs, and warranty reviewsManage all customer service needs during the first year after completion Qualifications3+ years experience in residential construction with broad trade knowledgeStrong ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and suppliers in a fast-paced field settingTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and smartphone-based photo documentationSkilled in reading blueprints, scopes, and construction documentationExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to adapt quickly, multitask, and resolve issues on the flyReliable vehicle and valid driver's license required-must be able to transport materials as neededMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in EnglishPhysical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and use power tools when required BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 per yearPerformance and Year-End BonusesPaid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchingPaid Training and CertificationsCell Phone StipendMileage ReimbursementAuto AllowanceSafety Equipment ProvidedTrice Monthly Pay CycleOpportunities for Career Growth and Development ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-Friday LocationOnsite at projects in Carson Valley, Nevada Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
