Labor & Delivery Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Place internal monitors is a plus Preferred Credentials: Advanced FM is a plus. RNC-OB is a plus. Neither are required Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: IVs, Check Cervix Types of Patients on Unit: Labor care Equipment Used on Unit: EFM Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 19 beds Patient Ratios : 1:1 and 1:2 (ACOG/AWHONN guidelines) Shift & Scheduling: Modified self-scheduling. They can give us desired shifts and we balance the schedule.
