Labor & Delivery Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 21 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: • Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: RN Obstetrics Required Skills/Experience: • must be able to circulate for deliveries (do not need to scrub!) • Fetal monitoring experience required (certification isn’t necessary) Preferred Skills/Experience: • Low Risk Neonatal Nursing Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred) • Care of the Extremely Low Birth Weight Neonate Certification - National Certification Corporation (preferred) • Recent OB, ED or critical care experience (preferred) • Training EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) (preferred) Unit/Facility Details: All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility.
